Our installations are currently being expanded, with a total investment of €120,000. The new building is designed to work by gravity and minimise the use of pumps.

We will shortly install latest technology equipment in our premises, and up to 600,000 litres in stainless steel tanks for fermentation and standardisation. And we will expand our total number of barrels with 100 new barrels of French oak. The aging cellar is able to house up to 1,000 barrels at a constant temperature and humidity.

Given the obsession of Navarioja for the continuous improvement of its wines, we have planned the installation of an innovative laboratory with the capacity to perform microvinifications.

Currently, our production figures are situated at around 5,000 bottles of ‘Pardoño Reserva’ (with approximately 18 months aging in new barrels and 12 in bottles) and 60,000 bottles of ‘Pardoño Crianza 2001’ (with 12 months in new barrels in this harvest and a minimum of 6 in bottles).
